Common questions about the ZZP accounts

In a Peaks ZZP account, you invest your assets privately. It's thus ‘ordinarily’ taxed in Box 3 and you may have to pay wealth tax (actually: capital gains tax) on it.

If your net assets in 2025 are lower than €57,684 (or €115,368 if you file a joint return with your partner), you do not have to pay wealth tax.
