This page shows the net returns for our portfolios. The result we show is the average annual return for each portfolio based on an investment of €10,000 at the beginning of 2018. We use this amount as the basis for calculating these returns because this is common practice among investment companies, so it makes it easier for you to compare us with others. Past results are no guarantee for future performance. The returns you achieve may differ depending on the amounts, timings and frequency of your deposits.

The calculations are based on the expected return and risk of the portfolios over the long term. The actual result will therefore differ from the results you see.

How much does Peaks cost?
During the first month of Peaks, you pay neither the fixed nor the variable Peaks costs.
Fixed monthly amount
For Peaks you pay a fixed monthly amount – the amount depends on your package. We will deduct this amount from your bank account.
Variable costs
You also pay variable costs based on the average value of your investments. These costs are calculated monthly and will be offset against your return.
No transaction fees
We do not charge any transaction fees or fees for deposits and withdrawals.

Additional costs explained
In addition to the costs of Peaks, you also pay costs associated with (index) investments. These costs therefore do not go to Peaks.
Fund fees
With Peaks, you are investing in index funds. The managers of these funds charge fees. Depending on your portfolio, these annual fees range from 0.15% to 0.22% of your total investment. These costs are included in the fund price.
Spread
Spreads are costs you incur when buying and selling your investments. The spread is the difference between the prices at which a stockbroker is willing to buy and sell an investment. On average, you pay between 0.03% to 0.05% per buy or sell spread.
